Terms of Service
This page outlines the basic guidelines for inquiries and preliminary project discussions on the Meilin Design official website. The scope of formal cooperation, deliverables, intellectual property rights, the purchase of exclusive rights to the original bottle design library, payment milestones, confidentiality obligations, and liability for breach of contract shall be governed by the contract or confirmation document signed by both parties.
Scope of Services
Meilin Design provides services including industrial design for bottle shapes, packaging visuals, 3D structural modeling, prototype evaluation, mold coordination, implementation consulting, and the exclusive purchase of original bottle design libraries; however, the company does not directly manufacture or sell generic bottles.
Information and Ownership
Brand materials, competitor information, and business information submitted by the client are used solely for project evaluation. Until an exclusive purchase or licensing agreement is signed, all existing works, design sketches, and internal materials of both parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.
